Some pictures of my recent trip to China in May of 2007.The Washburn University Wind Ensemble embarked upon an ambitious two-week concert and cultural tour of China. The tour included performances of selections from both Eastern and Western repertoire. Wind band exchange and educational activities with Chinese youth ensembles were also a highlight of the trip. Dr. Rodriquez was featured on "Dance under the Moonlight" for trumpet and wind ensemble by Chinese composer, Wang Hesheng.
